I joined the practice at 18 and have been part of the ‘Coronation Road’ team for 16 years.
I started off as a Trainee Dental Nurse under the support and guidance of Ian James and David Ash, and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1999. I always wanted to further my knowledge and career so in 2001 I sat the Oral Health Educators course to use within the practice. I enjoyed the role as I was able to interact a lot more with patients.
My current roles now include Assistant Practice Manager, Head Nurse and Implant Co-ordinator. I enjoy all these roles as it gives me a varied and interesting input to a “week at work at corrie Road” and keeps me focused, and busy in my chosen career.
